Q. How do I place my order?

A. Ordering from Shopi Shop is simple:

  1. Select the product you want to buy.

  2. Click on the “Add to Cart” button.

  3. Repeat the above steps to add multiple products to your cart.

  4. Click on the “Cart” icon in the menu bar.

  5. Review your items and click “Proceed to Checkout.”

  6. Fill in your billing and shipping details and review your order total.

  7. Complete your payment using the available advance payment options.

  8. Click the “Place Order” button to complete your purchase.

  9. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after.

We accept advance payment only to ensure smooth and secure processing of your orders.


Q. How do I cancel an order?

A. To cancel your order, log in to your Shopi Shop account and request cancellation before the order is shipped. For guest users, please contact our customer support via WhatsApp at +1 (your US number) or email support@shopishoppro.store during business hours. Orders can also be canceled during the confirmation call.
